At the moment Decorium International is involved in implementing the
'Antwoord©'
concept within Dutch municipalities. Implementing the 'Antwoord©'
concept means that we are involved in setting up a Customer Contact
Center and everything that is involved with this, meaning the
organizational changes and optimizing the procedures. Also we are
involved in the technical support for setting up a Customer Contact
Center so everything falls in place for the employees.
For this we use our tried and tested method of Change Management,
and supplement this with Six Sigma and Lean Management.
This project is a part of a broader goal of digitalizing the
European municipalities. If you need help with this European
