Management

Change
Management is more than changing formal procedures. It also
concerns the movement of formal and informal power, and with
that the change in formal and informal status of an
employee. Besides that, it also involves a new way of
getting the job done. In this new way employees need to let go of the
familiar, and they need to learn new things.

|
In the long
run, change management is only useful if permanent changes
are accomplished. This only takes place when employees
support these changes, and if management control takes place
based on the results of the processes. Part of our change
management approach is to train involved employees to make
them conscious of their current operating procedures, what
the new procedures shall be, and how they can put it into
practice. |

|
Your
organization has a great expertise about the way your
products and services are produced, and the factors
involved. That is why our approach is based on
evaluating an improving the processes in collaboration with
the departments that are involved in producing the product
or service. |
